Our History
1956
Stanley Fans was founded in downtown Jacksonville by American Airline's pilot, Leonard Stanley.
1979
We relocated to our main headquarters at 6393 Powers Avenue in 1979.
1992
Stanley Fans purchases Breidert Fans to increase their centrifugal assortment.
1994
Stanley Fans purchases JencoFan to increase their Food Service assortment.
2004
S&P USA Ventilation Systems was established as the North American division of Soler & Palau Ventilation Group.
2021
